The staff were very pleasant, I was pleasantly surprised by the knowledge of Ukrainian, Farid was very kind and caring, and it felt like everyone was looking after each guest; the shower cleaning was top quality. I didn’t like that there was no dishwashing liquid in the kitchen and that it was very cramped.

The location was good, and the front desk guy Fiad printed my Ukrainian visa for me, thank you very much. My locker opened to someone else’s stuff and I was a bit confused.

The kitchen is small but you can share and cook; I arrived early in the morning and was able to check in. The bed had a curtain and I slept comfortably. The staff were friendly and the vibe made it easy to get along with other guests. The kitchen is just a little cramped.

The price is reasonable; at reception there’s a staff member named Miah; Farid is very pleasant and professional. The doors are thin and it’s a bit noisy.

The kind receptionist who we spoke to in the evening, exchanging our views on politics and cultures. Well, the smell in rooms, the disgusting toilet, dirty kitchen area, receptionist saying they don't have change from 50 lei for a bottle of water, I assume to make me just give 50 or starve from thirst. If you're a tourist, just get a hotel room in Chisinau. This place is more for people who come to Chisinau from difficult regions, not to enjoy the city or meet local cultures
