“Fantastic view and location, poor customer experience, uncomfortable and no hospitality manners”

The location and road access are good, but the parking is cramped and poorly organized. Everything else feels like a waste of money; the in‑house restaurant lacks variety, never supplies disposable containers for packing kids’ food, and frequently runs out of basics like lemons. The room suffered from electrical problems that required multiple electrician calls, and housekeeping was painfully slow, only cleaning rooms between 2‑5 pm and ignoring rooms that were still occupied. If you need to rest in the afternoon, they simply won’t clean.
