I always end up with a small, less appealing room, maybe because I'm a foreigner; the bathroom lacks a mirror and a sink, and there's a faucet right in front of the door.

The location is convenient, but the room leaked a bit, not severe yet the air felt damp and there were no windows. Even though I received a confirmation email from the booking site, the front desk couldn't find my reservation until I showed the email, and they had to sift through several notes to locate my booking details.
