The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, hot water available, there was a tea and coffee station, and toiletries in the room; however, work outside the second‑floor corridor left the doors and our entrance dirty, one of the two booked rooms had lighting issues while the other leaked, the extractor fan didn’t work, the sink was blocked, and water overflowed.
