“Excellent”
The staff were competent and attentive. The new hotel offers excellent facilities. The free shuttle to the airport is a real plus. Nothing else.
The receptionist refused to help us store insulin injections, acted rudely and we had to beg for assistance; then the airport shuttle got a flat tire, abandoned us with our luggage on the road and we had to walk away, and the staff didn't seem to care at all.
The new facilities and good cleanliness stood out.
The staff were very welcoming and the night pool was lovely, but the whole place was permeated by a horrible air freshener smell.
