“Habitación muy sucia - Ver fotos”

I almost never write bad reviews, but this hostel was by far the worst I've stayed at. The room looked exactly like the photos—imagine how filthy it feels to sleep where every bed was used and no fresh sheets were provided. Another guy stayed there too. They didn't clean that day, let alone the next; it was disgusting. The next evening, at 4 am, some people came to listen to Karol G and drink. When I left, one of them woke up and stared at me with bloodshot eyes. I don't understand why they make you sign a contract and check in, then fail to clean—it's unprofessional.

The place was spotless, and I was the only guest. I didn't realize it was an unmanned site and that access would be locked after 4 pm, with codes sent automatically at 4 pm, so I was heavily dependent on having a mobile device.

“Very uncomfortable”

I paid a low price for a spot on a fully booked day, but the room was a cramped 8‑bed bunk with a tiny street window, no AC so it was scorching, and the bed was stiff; getting into the room was a hassle.
