Property is fairly clean but slightly dated and not 100% clean including cutlery. Zero WiFi or phone signal. You cannot get any signal on the site. You also aren’t allowed to use any of the Parkdean services unless you purchase a park pass

I recently spent a lovely holiday at this caravan park, which offered an excellent location and price. The on-site facilities were available at an extra cost, but they were worth it and provided good value for money. One of the highlights of our stay was discovering a nearby pub called the New Inn, which offered much more reasonable prices compared to the on-site bar.
We traveled to the caravan only to discover it was condemned for lack of heating and gas, so there was no hot water or heating; the boiler was unusable and a note on the table warned us not to use it. We wasted time and, being Easter, couldn’t find another place, so we had to head back home.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, thanks to its beautiful fishing lake that offered a serene atmosphere and endless opportunities for relaxation. The peaceful surroundings made it perfect for unwinding and recharging.
