“Pobyt zbyt krótki by poznać dokładnie cały obiekt ale ogólne sprawia dobre wrażenie.”
The place was well situated and the beds were comfortable. There was no wardrobe next to the beds.
The location was ideal, breakfasts were very good, and parking was free. The door to the frame in room 31 was not fitted correctly; every time the door was closed it rattled loudly, making it impossible to sleep. The loud, party‑like atmosphere is something the staff cannot control.
A really nice area, perfect for families wanting an active nature stay. During the holiday period there was a campsite in the grounds, which brought noise – something I didn't anticipate. Everyone respected the quiet hours at night, so I have nothing to complain about.
Breakfast was served on individual plates. I personally found the price of breakfast too high; many other spots offer a much cheaper buffet with full access. When I asked about making coffee (there was an espresso machine in the lounge), I was told that the machine is only for larger groups. Unfortunately, after 18.00 no staff member is present at the resort, so there is no one to ask for help. A glass mug would have been useful in the room, rather than the paper cup provided.
The property is close to the castle, and you can walk there calmly. Rooms were clean and nicely furnished. Even though we hit a heat wave, the rooms stayed cool despite no air conditioning. Reception staff were pleasant. There is plenty of space around the property to step outside and sit quietly. At the base of the building there is a public kitchen annex where you can reheat food and eat a meal. A small fridge in the room would have helped, because the one in the public kitchen annex is too small if several guests want to use it at once. During our stay the hotel restaurant was closed, which may explain why the breakfast we ordered was modest, with portions set out for each person, and when I asked if I could get scrambled eggs the waitress seemed flustered and did not return.
