“Exceptional”
Helpful and friendly staff, the location is very near to the old town and many attractions, the room is spacious enough and has a comfortable bed. In general it’s valuable and recommended.

Good spread. Tasty food. Polite staff. Choice of both Indonesian and continental menu. Clean and friendly ambience. Smiling and young chefs on site to help select the food. Indians, by vast majority, are vegetarian. A few like me who eat non‑vegetarian food limit our choice to chicken and its offspring, aka egg. Beef is strictly prohibited in many states. Eating beef could also land the consumer with serious legal consequences. Kindly do not label the rice with beef as meat rice.

The place is in a great spot and the breakfast is excellent, with staff who are very friendly. There were no issues.

I enjoyed the vibe and how welcoming the staff were, but the room lacked some conveniences: the lighting was dim, the TV was small with few channels, there was no iron, and the cabinet was tiny.

The bed was huge and of high quality, and the breakfast was the most extensive I've ever had, plus the dinner was delicious and very cheap. I don't like Jakarta, but that has nothing to do with Hotel Santika.
