The apartment’s location is great, just a few minutes to the center. The interiors of the rooms and common areas are cute and recently renovated. There’s a kitchen in the common areas available to guests with everything needed to cook or just have breakfast. The street noise is very noticeable, so if you’re very sensitive to noise you might have a hard time sleeping.

Great location, very close to the station and city center; the building has been newly renovated, charming and well maintained. The welcome was extremely kind and helpful. For two people the room is a bit small; if you have noisy neighbors you’ll hear everything. It faces a noisy street but it’s calmer at night; there are few venues nearby (but Parma’s center isn’t far). Like all areas near stations, it’s not very busy, but we didn’t have any issues.

The staff is super helpful, the room is spotless. The location is very convenient, just a few steps from Toschi parking and the station, making it easy to reach the center. The room is well furnished and very comfortable. I highly recommend it.
