“Excellent and comfy. Location, so easy”

The reception was spotless and the lively receptionist welcomed us warmly—though I forgot her name—she worked until 22:00 on 20/09/2026; the TV offered many channels, Netflix, YouTube, but the network connection was poor, and there was no buffet breakfast, both of which could use improvement.

For a roadside hotel with a stopover, it was good and had everything needed; we did have to wait two hours for dinner, but the food was tasty and high quality, and breakfast was also very good. The long wait for dinner and the lack of chilled white wine were the negatives.

“Tranquil, great food, great service, lovely spa”

Everything was amazing, especially the staff, but there wasn’t much signage to find the location.

The welcome was great, and the rooms were spacious with comfy beds. But the décor felt very impersonal, no spa to make it feel like an executive hotel, and the overall vibe was far from the African style I expected. Still, the cleanliness and the friendly staff made it a decent stay.

“Our last two days/nights in Botswana was a beautiful experience - and the capable and friendly staff were a great pa”

The staff were amazing—Masedi greeted us right away and made us feel at home. My wife got the best foot massage at the spa, and the chef’s soup and breakfast were next level. The room was lovely and everything else was just perfect.
