The price matches the quality, but there were a lot of Russians, long lines at lunch and dinner, and it felt more like staying in Russia than in Turkey.

Everything was great; at reception, Hüseyin was a very good person and helped us with everything.

The big pool, the bar that stayed open for a long time, the variety of food, and the activities – dart competitions, water polo, aqua aerobics – were all great. The only downside was the loud music by the pool, which made it hard to talk to the person next to you while lying on a lounge chair.
I want to highlight the wonderful staff attitude and high level of service; special thanks to administrator Miro, who is very helpful and responsible and always ready to accommodate guests; the food is a bit bland but everything is cooked very well—thanks to the chefs; the housekeeping staff keep the rooms clean daily, all are friendly and welcoming; the SPA salon deserves special mention—its staff are true professionals, the massage therapists work brilliantly, showing skill and experience; overall I left with very pleasant impressions. Thanks to the whole team for their care, attention, and good attitude toward guests!
The hotel turned out to be the biggest disappointment of all our trips. All the sites list it as 4‑star, which is a lie, and the sign at the entrance shows only 3 stars (photo attached) – strange that nobody checks it. Our “great” vacation started with one of the rooms we paid for not matching the photos; it had a wall instead of a window. The second room’s balcony door was poorly sealed. Furniture and overall room condition were subpar. The hair dryer from the 20s cycled off every 5‑10 minutes, so we couldn’t dry our hair fully. Cleaning was bad; towels were only changed after we insisted, otherwise they simply folded the dirty ones neatly. Reception staff were extremely unfriendly, acting like they were doing us a favor whenever we asked simple questions. The balcony view was a construction site. The walk to the beach went through an industrial area with the stench of trash cans. On the beach and near the pools, loungers were almost never free; their number didn’t match the hotel’s occupancy. When we asked about this, staff just shrugged and told us to get up early (we were up no later than 8 am). The pool closed at 6 pm. Animation was weak. Cups and utensils everywhere were dirty, at bars and in the restaurant; we had to rinse them before use. Bottled water was rarely available, so you’d have to fill up from the cooler yourself. During meals, tables weren’t wiped; they just cleared plates, leaving crumbs and everything else on the table. Even when it was quiet, waiters just stood, laughed, and chatted with each other (relaxed). To get a table, we had to ask them personally every time.
