How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The spot is great—just a walk to Broadway, which we’ve done before. The only downside was a huge pillar right next to the bed, making it tricky to get up for the bathroom at night; we’ve never had that issue in past stays. Still, it won’t stop us from coming back; it’s become our favorite Nashville hotel.

The AC stopped working, and it took three attempts and a room change at 4 AM to get it fixed.

The staff were very friendly, but at 3:30 pm our room still wasn’t cleaned, and the next day we returned to find it still uncleaned. The location is only minutes from Broadway, though it sits on a steep hill.

The location is good, but the shower feels horrible and the bathroom is outdated. The whole room needs upgrades.
