How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Central location within walking distance to many attractions including the main palace and Myeongdong night market. Room was clean and spacious. We used the spa tub almost daily after sightseeing. Laundry service was fantastic. Extra pillows would have been nice. Only 1 pillow per person provided

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. The room itself was clean. I did notice there was no safe in the room, and there were no other facilities next to the room.

The hotel was excellent in terms of space; the rooms were large and comfortable, especially on the last days of our trip when the extra space helped us organize our many bags before leaving. The staff were wonderful, especially with luggage: they accepted our bags around 10 am and kept them for us, even storing part of them at their other branch in Myeong‑dong. They also helped us a lot with early check‑in. Overall, the staff were very friendly and cooperative, and their courteous service was a highlight. The location was great, about a 6–8 minute walk from the main area and crowds in Myeong‑dong. There were plenty of restaurants around, including halal options, which was very convenient for us. The hotel does not provide basic items like a toothbrush or toothpaste, tea, or sugar, and we wished those were included. There was also no iron in the room, which we needed before traveling. The air‑conditioning system was not comfortable enough during sleep, making it hard to keep a stable, pleasant temperature all night.

We stayed in Seoul at the UH suite, and the quality was noticeably lower than other locations. The view, air conditioning, and free parking were good, but the place felt dated and lacked standard amenities. When we asked the reception, they eventually supplied old pans, but no plates or other items, which was disappointing.

The location was acceptable, but walking to the lively city center would take a while. The hygiene was really poor.
