The hotel is located near the Municipal Park, behind the church. You need to take the elevator up to the 5th floor. I had a large room, good Wi‑Fi, drinking water, and an in‑room bathroom. I reached the bus stop for the Kolva beach from the stop near the park and the state building, walking 200 m from the hotel. Nearby is a large market. Everything was fine.
