Very poor. No support from staff for luggage, electricity cut frequently so no AC and geyser works when you need. No drinking water in the room. Bathrooms were not clean and everything is poor

However, my excitement was slightly dampened by the interior design, which was just a bit too sleek and minimalist for my taste. Overall, the hotel's warm ambiance and comfortable rooms made up for the slightly sterile decor.
