The location is good. In the room there is no chair; you can only sit on the bed.

The point is close to everything. Nothing negative.

Travelers heading to San Andrés should know that most hotels there don’t offer hot water; the taps and showers only provide room‑temperature water. Only a few of the more “luxurious” places might have hot water. The breakfast isn’t the same as the hearty spread we’re used to in Brazil; it comes on a plate, only once, and feels like something from another world. That’s just the local culture, though the place is beautiful and worth the trip.

The breakfast was excellent, and Joe’s service was flawless, even before I checked in. The hotel’s location is perfect, right in the central area, which makes getting around easy since there’s no Uber on the island. The shower water was a problem, but that’s an island‑wide issue. The Wi‑Fi stopped working during the last few days of my stay.

The spot is spot‑on – right where you want to be. Unfortunately the water tasted off both at the tap and in the shower, and there was no hot water at all. There’s no front desk during the day, and breakfast is basically three egg dishes with a terrible juice.
