“Authentic Italian experience”
I enjoyed the experience, the area was beautiful, the scenery was stunning, and most guests were locals from Roma, giving it an authentic Italian vibe.
The pool was great and the facilities and quality were fantastic, but the menu was fairly limited and the breakfast buffet wasn’t refilled after being eaten, so on both days we had limited options.
“Vista stupenda e relax insieme”
The place sits on a little hill right under the castle where you get a truly beautiful lake view. The welcome was excellent and both we and our little puppies were treated with great friendliness and kindness. The structure is elegant and clean, the service is impeccable, and we’ll definitely come back!
The hotel looked filthy, wasn’t properly maintained, the walls in the room were falling apart, and the staff was terrible. After 20 minutes at breakfast the waiter didn’t even ask about coffee, dinner was okay but the price/quality was outrageous, and the staff’s arrogance still sticks with me.
“Super relaxant !”
The breakfast buffet was huge and unlimited, the spaces were beautiful, the scenery was the same, the staff were very friendly, generous, and attentive to our requests, and we also enjoyed the spa and its indoor pool. It’s a shame the jacuzzis were under maintenance during our stay, but in mid‑summer they didn’t miss us much. The only drawback is the distance to shops and activities if you don’t have transport (we were walking). Expect a 10‑minute walk to the lake (and back) or a 15‑minute uphill walk from the hotel to Bracciano town (for the castle, ice cream, shops).
