Everything was clean, airy, and cool; the hotel is beautiful and has a lovely atmosphere, and nothing was lacking.

The staff were extremely kind, the location was convenient and there was a pool on site. However, the “superior” room looked nothing like the photos; after paying over €400 per night I expected a modern room, but got an old one that apparently only the new rooms are shown on the website. When I complained, they said it was labeled “superior” so there was no issue. The room was flooded with light, the emergency light stayed on at night, and the curtain didn’t block anything, so sunrise lit the room fully – not suitable if you prefer darkness. They market the room for two adults and two children, yet the kids slept on a very stiff sofa bed. The jacuzzi by the pool was broken and dirty, needing a repaint, and the pool edge was extremely slippery, so they placed anti‑slip mats that left black glue on my son’s feet, which took me half an hour to clean off. Breakfast was plentiful but not particularly high‑quality. The only real plus was the always‑friendly reception staff and being allowed to use the pool and showers after checkout. For a 4‑star hotel costing €400 a night, this fell far short and ruined my Cyclades vacation.
