We never even stayed and didn’t get a refund from the booking site; there was a hole outside our door and construction was happening right outside, the room smelled musty and gross, and we left—trying to get a refund was unsuccessful. Very disappointing and inconvenient.

The air conditioning didn’t work, the bed was hard, and the construction made walking around dangerous.

The motel was in disrepair and felt sketchy; it seemed to be the only place to stay that night. The front desk attendant was extremely rude and caused my 73‑year‑old mother to cry because she got confused.
