“Pior experiência”

I was annoyed when they sent me a WhatsApp message the day before check‑in demanding payment via PIX so the reservation wouldn’t be cancelled, even though my card was already set as the payment method in the app. They seemed intent on bypassing the system and coercing me through private channels, which was a complete absurdity. When I tried to discuss it with the receptionist at check‑in, he just shrugged it off and said it was normal for the company to do that. I’ve never encountered anything like this before.
