“Good location for a concert, but don’t expect the staff to care about you.”

The location was great and the trolley for concerts was amazing, but the staff was so rude—Linda talked to me as if I were inconveniencing her when I asked a question, and she hung up when I called to request a 10‑minute early check‑in. The facilities were awful: no airflow, it was hot, and there was water damage in my ceiling.

“We have stayed here often but don’t intend to again after this trip.”

The closeness to the interstate and Globe Life Field. Our room wasn’t available until 4 hours after check in with the explanation being “We have no clean rooms! We’ve been booked for days!”. They gave us no estimated time it would be ready and advised us to sit in their lobby until it was ready. With a 4 year old this isn’t ideal. Additionally we are a family of 3 which was on our reservation and there were only 2 towels in our room. When we asked for one more towel we were told they were waiting for towels

A cockroach appeared in the room, the room wasn’t clean, the carpets were dirty, and the bedding was unclean.

“Overall the 4 points is a good place to stay the front desk check in was amazing”

I stayed at a spot that’s only a mile from Texas Rangers Stadium, so walking to the game was easy and I could hop on a trolley back. The pool area was clean and pleasant. However, breakfast wasn’t included in the room rate; you’d have to shell out $14 per person if you wanted to eat there. We skipped it because it seemed pricey, opting instead for nearby diners that offered homemade breakfasts at a much lower cost.
