The landlady and her husband were very helpful and supportive, but the kitchen needs a new gas ring, a few new sauce pans and utensils, a microwave would be ideal, an ironing table and iron are essential, better lighting is required in the room, and the aluminium cookers should be replaced by stainless steel small pressure cookers; the place is very close to market temples and the metro.
