“The stay was well worth the time. I will be back.”
I skipped breakfast and just enjoyed the location and the space. There was nothing I disliked.

The location was good and the plants in the commons were nice. The maids did a tidy job. However, buying new pillows and sheets was necessary.

The cafe was convenient for breakfast, but the room was unclean with a moldy smell everywhere. The washroom was also dirty and stank. The pool and hot tub were poorly maintained. They also refused an early check‑in even after we requested it in advance; a 4 pm check‑in feels absurd.

I liked the location, not too far from Sea World. When I checked in, the door would close but not lock. I told front desk and they promised maintenance. After 30 minutes with no one, I had to call again. Maintenance came the second time and fixed the door. It seemed the door had been pried open before, which raised security concerns. The room was generally clean, though a few cobwebs slipped through. I also noticed sketchy people outside with their doors open.
