The property is beautiful with excellent hosts; the rooms are well‑furnished and breakfast is a true feast every morning. There was nothing to complain about – a completely wonderful holiday and pure relaxation.

From the moment I entered the resort, a tear fell; everything was perfect: the location just outside Senigallia’s center lets you enjoy absolute countryside silence, the rooms are meticulously cared for, the breakfast is indescribably excellent (thanks to the pastry chef!), and especially the extreme kindness and availability of Simona and her team. I stayed in luxury yet felt at home thanks to the staff’s warmth. Heartfelt thanks, I will definitely return!

The room and beds were nice, and the breakfast was fantastic with plenty of homemade and local products. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the owner was kind and always offered tips for restaurants and beautiful sites we could visit. The food at their family restaurant, Da Carmen, was also delightful.
