A private patio with garden view and an outdoor dining area is accessed through a ground‑floor entrance. The studio sleeps two, includes a crib and linen, and offers a desk, dining table, wardrobe, ironing facilities, a fan, heating, and a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, electric kettle, kitchenware and a private bathroom with shower, toilet, towels and toilet paper. Entertainment and connectivity are provided by a flat‑screen TV and free Wi‑Fi.

“Satisfecha”
The upstairs had kids running around constantly, so the noise was always present. The accessible room had a huge bathroom that took up a lot of space, even though I didn’t request an accessible room. When we arrived, we had to wait two hours because we hadn’t received the entry code; it should have been sent beforehand. We never saw any hotel staff except the cleaner once. I mentioned this earlier. The room could be cleaned twice a week during a long stay.

The bed was good. The bathroom was tight but large, the TV didn’t work, and no one came to check in or clean. The lighting was poor and the lamp flickered often. Noise from the guest above woke us at 7 every morning.
The shower was very low, there was no air conditioning or fan, and there wasn’t enough hangers or an iron.

The house is only 8 minutes from the train station and a big shopping center. The apartment can only be opened with a PIN, which the booking platform did not provide. The reception was empty, so I had to call the Ettsmart Hotel number; they couldn’t find me in their system. After a long wait I finally received the PIN via SMS. The train line runs right behind the house, and the Arlanda Express blares every 15 minutes.
