“Recomendado.”
Everything was nicely set up, the food was of good quality, and the staff provided excellent service.
“Amazing!!”
Everything!!!
“Lástima, el personal es excelente pero el hotel no vale lo que cuesta ni de lejos. No volveré”
The staff were very, very friendly. The noise – nonstop music at the pool and beach – made it impossible to rest in Santa Paz; there’s not a single quiet spot. It’s insane that at a hotel of that level and price you have to leave early to reserve a spot, and even worse that the excuse is that some people pay to be there all day. A hotel of that size and category should guarantee its guests a place on the beach or pool. Also, over 200 pesos for a beer is an abuse with no justification. The rooms are fine but cramped and small. The breakfast isn’t great, nothing to highlight.
Everything!!! Daniel from front desk, Javier who helped me with my luggage, Roberto and Mary Jesús from the spa – everyone was the best!
Location. I was charged the resort fee twice – $300 was taken from my card, and it’s disgusting. It’s normal to get robbed after you’ve already left the room…
