“Mala higiene pero proactivos al reubicarnos”
My parents were relocated after discovering that there were bugs in the sheets and pillows, and there were many animals.

The spot in Jalatlaco is charming and gives easy access to the center. The bed was huge and comfy, and the shower had good pressure. Whenever we ran into the front‑desk staff, they were pleasant. The place was spotless. The downside was that our room only had a window facing the building’s courtyard, making it a bit dark and lacking privacy.

The spot was great, but the fan in my room was broken and it got really hot.

Staying close to the Jalatlaco neighborhood meant we were right by the promenade, surrounded by cafés and easy dining options, with clear directions and a comfortable bed, but we only found two parking spots for cars on the property.

I loved the comfy bed and the hotel décor; it was very beautiful. The bathroom, however, needs a serious update—water didn’t drain quickly at all, and compared to the room, it looked very outdated.
