The breakfast spread was amazing, featuring all kinds of local dishes as well as favorites from across the country. The outdoor seating areas on the lawn could be more inviting, and I missed soft background music in the lobby, elevators, and hallways.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean, but my room on the 7th floor was just below the party room on the 9th floor where loud music played until 12:30 am, which was very disturbing and kept me from sleeping. The hotel should not have a party room with a DJ that disrupts guests.

The atmosphere was very peaceful and reassuring, but the restaurant staff seemed to lack knowledge about the menu. When I asked for yogurt they offered plain curd, which is not ideal for a place like UK27 – The Ferns that attracts many American and European guests who prefer yogurt and not plain curd.
