The ambience was very pleasant and didn’t feel like a hotel. It was cozy, peaceful, and warm. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The staff are kind, soft‑spoken, and help you in the best way possible. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a calm, soothing place to relax and chill, away from the city’s hustle and bustle, and to have a great time in the pool.

The staff were horrible, demanding an extra 2000 rupees, and I had to call the police just to get a polite request to not go back here.

The room was really good, though the lighting was a bit lacking, but overall the room and bathroom were solid for the price. The location was too far from the city, making it hard to book online taxis, and the food tasted bad and was half‑cooked; they need to step up their game.

The location, pool, and overall property are good, and the food was decent. However, the rooms weren’t checked for supplies and refills, and the staff seemed overworked and a bit cranky, especially the guy at reception.
