The apartment was a mess, especially since we had requested a room for four plus a crib (which we never found!). With the double bed and the open sofa bed, it was cramped. The air‑conditioning didn't work (we were there in full August 2026, so it was a disaster) and they offered to move us to another room for an extra fee and in a completely different area. The staff were not at all helpful, and I would not return even for free.
