I loved the crisp white sheets and the huge fluffy towels, and the breakfast was fantastic. The TV remote was dead, so I asked for batteries and it worked. The AC remote was missing, and the button on the nightstand wouldn’t turn off the light; I asked for a remote but it didn’t arrive, so we left it on.

I loved the included service package, the comfort of the bed, and the food was delicious. However, I was a bit disappointed with the pool cleaning - while the water was clean, there was some grime on the ceramic edges.

Everything was amazing - from the moment I arrived, the reception, the comfort, the food, and the breakfast, it was all wonderful. I'm already thinking of coming back. My only regret is that I didn't get to stay longer.

I was really impressed with how clean the place was, but unfortunately, the staff seemed to be chatting amongst themselves and didn't really pay attention to the customers outside. The service was pretty terrible, and they definitely need to improve.
