I want to thank you again. The room was well thought out with a washing machine, microwave, a roomy fridge, kettle, dryer, etc., exactly as shown in the photos—clean, tidy, and nicely arranged. The bed was comfortable with a firm mattress, great for my back. A shop was just two steps away. We stayed a couple of nights in early June; it was still cold in the mountains, but the heater and warm blankets made it cozy. The host was welcoming, attentive, and reachable when we were heading to our destination. He spoke good Russian and explained how to use the stove and heater. We’re very satisfied. We did miss a shoe holder near the exit—maybe it was there and someone took it with them 😄. Either bring one yourself or hope the host will provide one.

The room was quiet, clean, and spacious in New Gudauri, and the location was convenient with many restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. The host replied quickly on WhatsApp. A great place to stay!
