“This will be my choice if I stay in Elko”
The kitchenette is clean, the breakfast is good.
“Too expensive too greedy.”
The new hotel sits in a calm part of town, which I liked. However, the price was excessive, and on top of that they added a separate parking fee—an absurd charge that everyone driving there has to pay.
“Beautiful Suite”
The room was gorgeous and very spacious. The downside was that the room next to mine was being repainted, and the kitchen area of my room smelled of paint for hours.
The place was spotless and cozy, and the breakfast was fantastic. I didn't encounter any issues; the motel was excellent.
“It was fine but didn't feel like a great value because of the high price.”
The bed was fairly comfortable, the room stayed cool and quiet, and the breakfast was decent for a hotel. The pool was small but enjoyable, and the hot tub was relaxing. The staff were adequate. The cost was too high, though: I paid $300 per night for a 1‑king‑bed suite in Elko, Nevada, plus $40 in hotel fees and taxes, and an additional $8 per night for parking. We drove four hours through the desert, saw no other cars, and still got charged for parking. The pull‑out sofa was extremely uncomfortable, the room wasn't as clean as expected for $300 a night—cobwebs were around the window sill and crumbs lay on the pull‑out sofa.
