“Lindo cómodo...”
Muy buen desayuno, camas cómodas, personal amable; falta mantenimiento…muy antiguo pero limpio, playa propia pero no es en el hotel, está como a 200 mts.

The location, facilities, and staff were all great. Air conditioning is not available; given the climate changes this should be considered for the future.
Das Zimmer war neu renoviert und alles wunderbar sauber, das Frühstück war gut – für ein 4* Hotel nichts Besonderes. Aber ab 21 Uhr muss man vor einem zugesperrten 4* Hotel die Tür aufschließen, bekommt dann nichts mehr zu trinken, das ist schon alles andere! Und die Minibar ist leer, das ist nicht gastfreundlich – man hätte gerne einen Wein als Absacker im Hotel getrunken, aber der junge Mann an der Rezeption durfte keinen Wein ausschenken, man wollte auch auf ein Bier oder so zurückgreifen, aber das war vergebens. Die Minibar wird nur gegen Anmeldung und Bezahlung von 50 € gefüllt, das nimmt einem jegliche Möglichkeiten, das empfinden wir dreist und hat nichts mit einem serviceorientierten, gastfreundlichen Umgang zu tun. Man kann die wirtschaftlichen Aspekte nicht verstehen – die Bar ist nur Fr/Sa in Betrieb, sonst stehen alle Getränke hinter Gitter. Wir haben 250 € pro Nacht bezahlt und muss ehrlich sagen, dass ich für 250 € die Nacht ein Minimum an Serviceorientierung/Gastfreundschaft erwarten kann. Mit welchem Mehrwert hat das Hotel 4* bekommen? Sehr schade, aber wir haben wieder etwas gelernt.
