The room was clean, yet there were no pillows, the air‑conditioning didn’t cool properly so I had to switch rooms, the breakfast had limited variety, and the French bread ran out before the breakfast ended, leaving my sister without bread.

The service was excellent, parking was available, and the breakfast was very tasty—especially the fubá cake, which was a delight! The air‑conditioning didn’t cool, but I should note that Cuiaba was very hot on the day I stayed.
