“A mixed experience”

The room was clean and tidy, and the location was close to the beach. However, the breakfast staff were odd; they kept arguing in the kitchen and huddled together to chat, which was very noticeable and added to the already noisy room. The playlists were strange, playing loud 80s love songs or party music. Many of the food dispensers and covers looked filthy, and the food wasn’t properly looked after during breakfast. The fruit in the bowl was partly rotten; I put it on the side but no one noticed, checked, or removed it. We ate there one evening when they had a singer for entertainment, and she was extremely loud. Others mentioned it several times, but the singer didn’t care to adapt the volume, instead belting even louder. Read the small print: the associated beach club is a nice plus, but you’ll get charged for it. We went twice, asked beforehand if it cost, and they said it was included. At check‑out we of course had to pay for it (although a reasonable rate). You will be charged for a “club card,” which they explained also includes the loud singer in the evening… (we’d have paid to not have her blasting our ears). It would help if they explained their “club card” at check‑in to avoid surprising customers.

“Da ripete assolutamente.. lo consiglierei sicuramente ad un amico.”

We loved the tranquility, a truly relaxing spot where we will definitely return. The staff met our expectations, and breakfast was excellent. Almost nothing was wrong; everything was almost perfect, except the air conditioning, which is a personal issue for me.

Petit déjeuner excellent, large choix de produits locaux proposés , tout était délicieux. Masseria de rêve dans un cadre verdoyant fleuri, vue sur la mer, personnel au top à tous les niveaux. Piscine, calme, animations. rien
