Nothing pleased me; right before we arrived we were forced to cancel. Shortly after booking I received a message that there was no breakfast even though I had booked breakfast for four people. I asked for a partial refund, the staff got upset and told me we shouldn’t come and to cancel. After reading other negative reviews I’m glad we didn’t go. Nothing, unkind, dirty, unhygienic, old, musty.

I stayed for just one night just to sleep, and there was nothing appealing. The cleanliness, services and linens definitely need improvement.

Anyone booking this hotel gets nothing they should have or want. We were told by Booking that we’d pay about €385 including taxes, but on the second day of the holiday the owner demanded €411. We booked breakfast for ten days but never had it because the owner claimed it wasn’t included. The room was never cleaned, there were no towels—only two shower towels for ten days that I had to buy myself, the toilet was broken, the bathroom door was broken and couldn’t be locked, the TV didn’t work, there was no Wi‑Fi, and no one was at the reception. We couldn’t get anything else because everything was already rented. Never again. It’s a disgrace, not a hotel.
