The staff were nice, very helpful, and the prices were good; the heating was comfortable, thank you. The only issue was that the place wasn’t fully clean and felt a bit isolated, but otherwise it was nice.

Nothing matched the pictures—I’ll attach my own. The photos were taken many years ago; the current place is dirty and unclean. We booked four nights but fled after an hour. The “dream” single rooms turned out to be cages without windows, the AC didn’t work, and the vibe felt more like an Indian slum than Seoul. Many details deviate from the description. Beware: it’s a dirty hole in the wall not worth your time or money.

The area has plenty of cafés and supermarkets, but it’s far from most attractions and universities. The building and the families are old, yet everything is clean and functional. Controlling temperature and humidity in the room is tough, there’s nighttime noise, and the bed is small—if you’re taller than 170 cm, consider staying elsewhere.

Everything a traveler could need is here. You get a private bathroom in your own room at a very reasonable price, which is rare in Seoul. There’s also a shared kitchen with full facilities, and the shared toilet never caused any wait times. The accommodation is clean and well‑maintained. Boramae station is just a 7–10 minute walk away and connects well to Seoul’s sights. A convenience store, coffee shop, and restaurants are nearby. After a day of exploring, it’s great to return to a private room.

The price was definitely fair and everything I needed was available. The owner and staff were helpful, and I was lucky to have my own shower. The room looked like the photos but felt outdated and dusty, which made me a little uneasy at first. There were two toilets, one of which stayed dirty and foul-smelling for two whole days. The washing machine damaged some of my clothes a bit, and the metro took longer to reach the city center or Gangnam than I had expected.
