I stayed with my family in August 2026, and overall the hotel was fantastic, which is expected for such an expensive 5‑star place. The service was excellent, with staff who were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was a full buffet, though it could use a bit more variety.

The hotel is pretty, the staff are fairly friendly, but the managers act very poorly and show no empathy toward guests. Disappointed.

We had a great stay at the Conrad Tulum and were especially impressed by the service quality and attention to detail. The staff were extremely professional, available, and warm, genuinely focused on satisfying guests. The facilities are stunning: the hotel is well designed, impeccably maintained, and offers plenty of spaces to relax. The pools are gorgeous and everything exudes a true sense of calm and refinement. The room was outstanding, spacious, elegant, very comfortable, and fully equipped. The bedding was excellent and the overall service quality was clearly on point. We also enjoyed the hotel’s atmosphere, both luxurious and very soothing, as well as the overall experience. Two minor drawbacks: the location is quite isolated, which can be inconvenient if you want to leave the hotel regularly and explore the area. Also, the dining is fairly pricey for the quality offered. The restaurants are pleasant, but we found the cuisine not always up to the standard and prices. Despite these two points, we highly recommend the Conrad Tulum. A very beautiful address for a high‑end stay in an exceptional setting.

The hotel is very nice, with plenty of space, many pools, always free loungers and towels available in abundance. The coffee shop and restaurants are great. Naturally everything is a bit pricey, but that was expected. Breakfast is also superb. It has everything one could wish for. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are stylish. The property is beautiful and you can even go for a wonderful jog within the grounds because it’s so large. You also encounter some animals like otters, raccoons, or agutis and many lizards. The pool service is also great. You can order drinks, food, and coconut nuts :-) You’re always taken around the property by golf carts without any trouble. That was super practical and fun. The spa was also very nice. We were completely satisfied.
