The view from the pool is amazing, and the restaurant staff are very courteous and friendly. However, the room temperature stayed above 30 °C, the pool water was cloudy, and after 6 p.m. swimming was only tolerated. The restaurant ran out of chicken and pork, leaving only beef and fish. There was no air conditioning in the dining area, and we had to ask for extra pool towels. Some paths and stairs on the sprawling hotel grounds were poorly lit, and there is no hotel map. The toilet seat was moldy and the plaster in the restaurant was crumbling.
