The spot is super convenient, with shops and restaurants just a 2‑minute walk away, and the main street has stores open into the evening; the room is very spacious and comfortable, and the free beach is a 5‑minute walk.

The room is comfortable, the right size, clean and cozy, and the air‑conditioner was present but we didn’t feel the need for it because it was already cool and ventilated. The number of towels was appropriate for the number of people, the bathroom is large and well equipped. The host managing the place was kind and helpful from the start. The location is convenient for both street parking and for reaching the main street and the Manfredonia seafront. The only thing I’d advise other travelers to have is a coffee machine with a few pods in the room, at least two small bottled waters in the fridge on arrival, and a few snacks. On Sunday morning I had to walk a fair distance from the property to find an open bar and grab a takeaway breakfast for the family, so if you’re six people on vacation it’s a bit inconvenient.
