“Bad.”

I am sure other rooms in the other building are OK. I could hear every surrounding room. I paid online and the receptionist said I hadn't paid. (Still have to check if I paid twice.) Absolutely no lighting in the parking lot or outside to speak of.

“Disgusting, run down, ripp off. Filthy! Rude staff and management”

Nothing to say – I want a full refund ASAP. Apparently the company that owns it is in administration, so how is it still on your site?? It’s a shit hole and should be closed down and taken off altogether! The photos are fake as the property is nothing like it in reality – a total con job!

“Tatty and massively overpriced hotel”

I slept okay. There was no space in the car park and the receptionist didn’t speak any English. The carpet in my room was full of holes, and the price of the room was exorbitant.
