Breakfast and tea were offered, but mosquitoes were in the dining room and the food was served very late.

The bedroom suite was decent for India, but the hotel felt unfinished—no restaurant, a roof terrace that looked like rubble, a dining area that resembled an underground car park with plastic furniture, and staff apparently sleeping on mattresses in the restaurant and on the roof.

The place sits in a great spot, right where you want to be.
