The room matched the listing, the bed was comfy, hot water was easy to get, and ordering food from the front desk was a breeze – it arrived fast and Blinkit and Zomato delivered quickly too. I had plenty of closet space for my clothes, the AC worked fine, and the bedding was good. But the approach to the hotel smelled and looked dirty, the bathroom didn’t meet my cleanliness standards, and the floor was dirty when I arrived. There were no windows, making the room feel claustrophobic, and the bedding wasn’t fresh. The overall vibe felt more like a 1‑ or 2‑star place, and the building seemed unsafe with cracks in the ceiling and walls. A cockroach kept popping up in the bathroom and then on my bed, which was nasty. The last‑minute switch from Feb Corp Inn to FabExpress Good Luck Residency was unprofessional. I paid about 6.5 k, which isn’t much, but basic cleanliness matters; the hotel didn’t make me feel like I’d want to return, so I spent most of my time at coffee shops or locked in my room. I’ll never book FabHotels again – the quality is too low.
