The hotel sits in the foothills of the Taza canyon, a perfect spot to head out early and catch sunrise before the tourist crowds arrive; the location is charming, the valley views from the property are great, and there’s a private pool. The food is decent, and the staff are helpful and upbeat. Overall, it’s an interesting place to get fresh experiences. On the downside, the hotel offers a pretty limited range of activities and the menu is sparse—there’s no coffee except instant, but you won’t go hungry. Lunch and dinner can always be ordered for an extra fee, which is convenient since the surrounding restaurants cater mainly to rafting tourists and are hard to find.

“Обман”

We booked a family room in advance, but it turned out to be occupied, so they offered us a free upgraded room that turned out to be worse on every front; they also charged us extra for adults and children even though the original family room had no additional fee (I verified on Booking after departure). The upgraded rooms lacked Wi‑Fi, and we weren’t told how to turn on hot water until the next day; the view was of trees instead of the expected mountains, and the menu was disappointing. On top of that, we were billed a hefty breakfast fee for adding eggs and coffee. In total, we overpaid roughly $150 per day for nothing. We’re very upset by this blatant deception.

The resort is super beautiful, the staff were very very nice and truly helpful, and breakfast was super.

“Merveilleux séjour ! Un grand merci aux hôtes pour leur hospitalité et leur sens de l’accueil”

The setting was gorgeous, restorative, relaxing, and the hosts were hospitable.
