Unfortunately, we weren't able to stay at this hotel as they were fully booked, which was a bit of a letdown. However, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the process, which made the experience a bit more bearable. The hotel's location seemed convenient, and the amenities looked decent, but we didn't get to experience them firsthand.
