This property is outstanding and in a gorgeous location; it truly takes your breath away the moment you arrive, and the staff were extremely nice. The only downside was that the food at both restaurants seemed pricey for what it was – we found better food (for less money) once we explored outside the property.

Overall, my stay was great – the rooms were spotless, the property was absolutely beautiful, and the scenery, food, drinks, and overall vibe were breathtaking; the grounds were vast and spacious. We really enjoyed our time and would definitely recommend the hotel. The only real let‑down was the pool area: for the number of guests the hotel can host, there simply isn’t enough seating around the pool, and many guests couldn’t find a chair at a resort of this size and price; there also isn’t a bathroom conveniently located near the pool, so it’s a long walk whenever you need one, which feels like an oversight. Adding a second, adults‑only pool with extra seating and a nearby restroom would be a fantastic addition, giving adults a quieter space to relax and easing the pressure on the existing pool area for families.

My stay at this hotel had its highs and lows. The location was perfect, and the hot tub was a great way to unwind. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of my room and the high prices at the restaurant, which also took a long time to serve food. Overall, the location and amenities were great, but the room and dining experience fell short.
