Everything was clean and pleasant, with very good green areas. I think everything was fine in the end, maybe the internet was unstable.

The location is perfect with volcano views, the common areas are spacious, and the pool is beautiful. It seems like the resort isn’t fully operational in low season, so I’ll come back during peak season to try the kitchen.

The hotel is quiet, making it easy to rest, and the facilities look great. The restaurant closes the kitchen at 7 pm, which could be better if it stayed open longer, and the AC in room 2 was quite noisy.

The best part is the view. Breakfast was very limited and low‑quality, there was no place to put a suitcase in the room, no foot towels for leaving the shower, no shower gel, and no hot water.
