The hotel offered good value for money, was clean, and the breakfast was good. Unfortunately my initial booking was voided upon arrival and I was told the money would be refunded to my account, but that refund never came. I was also asked to re‑book and pay a deposit of RMB 2500, which was supposed to be returned when I checked out. Today is the 24th of May and I still have not received my deposit balance. I have written to them and they keep saying I should keep checking my account. I don’t understand why my deposit has been withheld.
